We ship Australia wide. 

Delivery costs 

Local delivery for nearby customers $7 for $100+ and free for $250 and over.

Melbourne Metropolitan areas   

We charge a flat rate of $15 and free fo$250 and over.   

Other Major Cities and Metropolitan areas           

We charge a flat rate of $15 and free for $250 and over.

 

Outer areas might apply extra charges, we will contact you to discuss further.

Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes or Collection Points. All orders with non-physical address will be canceled and will be refunded minus the commission fees.

Delivery Estimates

Your order will be delivered within 8-10 business days from dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order. Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas, during promotions, sale periods and holidays.

Western Australia might take from 8 to 20 business days.

During extreme hot weather we may delay shipping if we feel that there is a risk of heat damage to our products during transit. Should this delay be longer than 2 business days we will advise via email. 

If you are checking out by using PayPal Express, you are first taken to the PayPal page to enter your credit card information and billing address. After this step, you’re shown available shipping methods.
