NOY Classic brandies — the revival of the art of classic brandy production. They are made with double steam distillation which preserves the flavour and aroma of the grapes.
Aroma: Bright, elegant and complex with hints of spice, oak bark, dried fruit and subtle balsamic shades.
Taste: Generous, complex, and complete. The intensity of the finishing flavour is offset by pronounced touches of sweetness. The aftertaste is long and noble.
Noy Classic brandy should be kept in a ventilated area where there are no other smells, it shouldn't be under direct sunlight, not below +5C and humidity should be no more than 85%.
